General Gymnastics
4-12 Years
Our General Gymnastics programme provides fun, progressive gymnastics classes for school aged children.
The gymnasts learn skills on a full range of apparatus including floor, vault, bars, beam and rebound. As well as developing their gymnastics skills, we work on strength and flexibility to promote active and healthy lifestyles.
Our General Gymnasts follow the RISE gymnastics explore programme, allowing them to track their skill progression. Parents can also access this system to see how their child is progressing via their British Gymnastics login.
Our General sessions last for 45mins per week and gymnasts can opt to attend more than once per week if they wish to increase their training. All General Gymnasts are offered the opportunity to participate in club events such as our friendly in-house competitions.
Progression through our General Programme is based on the gymnasts age
We split into ability based groups within the class so that everyone is working at the appropriate level for them.
Class age brackets may vary on different days.
Rising Stars - 3-5 Years
Shooting Stars - 4-7 Years
Comets - 8-12 Years
General Gymnastics classes run for 48 weeks per year.
Classes do not run over Christmas, Easter and for 2 weeks at the end of August.
Payment information:
Taster session: one off payment of £8.00

Monthly membership: £32.00 per month
(covers 48 weeks per year split across 12 monthly instalments)
British Gymnastics membership required.
Club membership required.
Gymnasts must wear clothing suitable for gymnastics. We do not allow gymnasts to wear crop tops, long hair must be tied back and all jewellery must be removed. For more information on gymnasts attire please see our Club terms and conditions.
Parents/Guardians have access to our viewing room whilst they wait for their child.

Home Ed Gymnastics
Our Home Ed Gymnastics classes use a full range of apparatus whilst learning gymnastics skills in a fun and relaxed environment. These classes focus on building gymnastics skills as well as the children's core skills such as strength, co-ordination and balance. All Home-Ed classes last for 45mins per week.

Taster sessions: one off payment of £8.00
(Must be booked in advance)
Option 1: PAY AS YOU GO: £10.00, paid in cash on arrival
British gymnastics membership required.
Club membership included in class fee payment.
Subject to space being available in the class, no pre-booking available.
Option 2: MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: £32.00 per month
(covers 48 weeks per year split across 12 monthly instalments)
British Gymnastics membership required.
Annual club membership required.
Guaranteed space in the class each week.
Meteorites 4-7 Years
Meteorites + 8-12 Years

Teen Gym
12 Years +
Our Teen gym programme follows on from our general gymnastics programme. This is a participant focused class where gymnasts have an input into the session planning. The class uses a full range of equipment and there is a large focus on fitness whilst learning gymnastics skills.
