Do you offer a trial class?
Yes, we offer a one week trial class at the cost of one class. If you would like to join the club, booking must be completed within 5 days of your child's trial to secure their space.
What should my child wear?
Gymnasts must wear clothing suitable for physical activity (no jeans, crop tops or skirts) and no socks allowed.
Club leotards and kit is optional and available to purchase directly from Elite Gym wear
Solent Gymnastics Club - Gym Clubs (elitegymwear.co.uk)
Long hair must be tied back and all jewellery removed (including earrings).
They should also bring a water bottle to every class.
Can I watch my child's class?
Yes! We allow parents to watch their child's class.
Strictly no photography or videoing allowed.
Parents/Guardians must not disrupt the class and keep noise to a minimum.
What is Club membership and British Gymnastics membership?
Club membership:
This is an annual payment, it helps to maintain and improve the clubs equipment.
British Gymnastics membership:
Every member must hold current British Gymnastics membership, this is their personal insurance with the national governing body. Payment is made directly to them upon registration and must be renewed each year.
If my child misses a class do I get a refund?
No, the club does not offer a refund or make up class for any missed classes.
If the club must cancel a class, credit will be carried across to the following term.
How is payment made for a termly class?
Class fee payments are made in half termly blocks.
You will receive an invoice 2 weeks before the end of term, payment must be received by the payment deadline to secure your child's space. Club membership and British Gymnastics membership are annual payments.
